Join Anh Co Tran for an exclusive hands-on class showcasing his signature techniques. Gain the skills and confidence to reproduce Anh’s signature look through live, step-by-step demonstrations. Intimate class sizes give everyone ample time to engage with Anh directly, practice, ask questions, and receive feedback. Each class is designed for you to master one technique. You are free to attend one, two or all three classes during your trip or master the entire course in one weekend. DANIEL KIM
Currently working at one of the top salons in Los Angeles, Daniel has been working on the craft of hairstyling since the young age of 17. Since starting, he has worked under some of the top names and brands in the industry. His passion for hair is evident not only behind the chair, but also on set, where his creativity allows him to create shapes and styles. It is also seen in the classroom, where he travels all around the world to share his passion to others in the industry as the lead educator at Curated Cutting. Get to know Daniel @danielsunghoonkim
NINA ADADO
Nina Adado is a professional stylist based in Los Angeles. For over ten years, she has been learning from and working with leading figures in the industry, such as Anh Co Tran. In addition to working in the film/tv industry, Nina is currently a member of the education team at Curated Cutting. As an artist and educator, she is known for her cuts that feature her own effortless, deconstructed style. She is also a part of the Local 706 Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist Union and has her work featured on Hulu productions. You can find her @nina.adado and get to know her more!

Most frequent questions and answers
Cancellations made within 7 business days of your class/attendance date can NOT be refunded or credited. When requesting an approved refund/credit email academy@anhcotran.com. Any emergencies must be notified via phone call at (424) 522-9285.
At this time we do not offer any payment plans. But we are working on making this an option.
Currently all classes are a la carte pricing. We do not offer a multiple class discount.
There are no prerequisites for any curated cutting classes. However, depending on the previous education you have received you may feel more comfortable in a certain class. If you are confused as to what class to take you can always reach out to academy@anhcotran.com for more clarification.
‘Lived-in Hair’ Fundamentals Hands On and ‘Lived-in Hair’ Advanced Hands On will have all students working alongside Anh, his educators and a curated cutting workbook, learning specific cutting techniques on mannequins. ‘Lived-in Hair’ Look and Learn is purely a lecture based class where you will follow along in a workbook while watching Anh cut and style on live models.

Of course! Here are our main requirements for hosting Curated Cutting:
- We need a minimum of 2,000 sqft of salon floor (not including break rooms, closets, restrooms etc.)
- There is a 15 Student/Station minimum. This can be a mixture of permanent stations and temporary stations that are set up specifically for the classes. All temporary stations must have a mirror, a tray/table for students to place their tools and access to power.
- We hold 1 Class per day, and we require a minimum of 2 Days at your salon, typically on a Sunday and Monday. If you are interested in 3 Days of classes we would include Tuesday as well.
